Refund Policy

At OmniAtlas, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Returns

In accordance with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return items purchased online within 14 days of receiving them without providing a reason (the "cooling-off period"). This is in addition to your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact us using the form above with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with specific return instructions and a return authorization number.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

For credit card purchases, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be posted to your account following our processing, as this depends on your credit card company's policies.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items returned that show signs of use or wear beyond inspection
  • Items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items that have been opened (for sealed products)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us using the form above and we will guide you through the process.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If an item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or different from what you ordered, please contact us using the form above immediately with details of the problem and photos if possible.

For faulty items within the warranty period, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under the terms of the product's warranty. For most products, we offer a standard 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us using the form above with your order details.

Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Digital products or software that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Items that have been used or installed and cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons
  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  • Products with intellectual property rights (e.g., specific software licenses)

Statutory Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights. In the UK, consumers have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for goods that are not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality.
