Thank you for visiting and shopping at OmniAtlas.world. The following information sets out our shipping policy for all orders placed through our website.
OmniAtlas currently ships to the United Kingdom and Ireland only. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or international destinations outside of these countries at this time.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
You can track your order by clicking the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website and viewing the order details.
OmniAtlas is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
For customers in Ireland, please note that additional customs charges may apply when shipping from the UK due to Brexit regulations.
OmniAtlas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe and the tracking information does not indicate a delivery attempt was made, please contact us using the contact form above.
For packages marked as "delivered" but that you have not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation. We will assist in this process where possible.
